Diet Soda Can Make You Fat
Drinking diet soda with your favorite meal doesn’t mean you’ve
already cheated calories nor can it help you in your diet plan.
A new research from the University of Texas showed that diet
sodas don’t actually help with weight loss. Gulping two or more diet sodas a
day will balloon your waistline overtime compared to nondrinkers.
Why? Since you
know that your drinks are diet soda, there’s a tendency to eat more foods either
high in fats or cholesterol. Drinking diet sodas can also spike your
appetite to junk foods. Junk foods are
loaded with so much MSGs and it will make you thirsty as you’re about to finish
a pouch. Besides, people often mistaken
hunger for thirst, the result is to eat more.
To be sure you’re drinking healthy, swap it with
non-fat-milk. It’s packed with protein,
helps build muscle and aids in weight maintenance. If milk can make you blow out, take instead
green tea. Beyond
Its antioxidants and other phytonutrients, green tea has
also been shown to heat up your metabolism which can also help in weight loss.
