So, I compiled the following list of the most Internationally-recognized Pinay Supermodels to find out what makes their beauty so alluring.

CHARO RONQUILLO 

(born 1988) is a Pinay model. Dubbed the Asian Kate Moss. She is the first in the entire 25 year history of the Ford Supermodel of the World Search selected from the far east. She was described by Bill Ford as, “That unique look from the Philippines”.

BESSIE BADILLA

A Queen of the Ramp, was born to be a fashion model, she got it all.. the X-Factor, the shoulder line, aura,stunningly long legs and the sketchpad figure-that every designer’s girl when they start drawing their own creation.A perfect size 38 by european standard figure. Badilla’s entry to Paris Fashion Week or Milan, London, New York,Russia and Asia was unsurprising indeed. She was the creme’ de la creme’ among the maniquin du cabin in the famous House of Balenciaga. Badilla’s international list of work was the best among the crops:Valentino, Christian Dior, YSL, Giorgio Armani, Hanae Mori and Gianni Versace.

won the 1979 Miss International crown , New York Face of the 80’s in 1985, and won two awards in 1986 – Most Glamorous Woman in Italy, landed the first runner-up and first filipina to win in the World Supermodel Search. She worked as a ramp model in the United States and Europe with her photos gracing fashion and style magazines.
